An afternoon with Diljit

Right after the forum on Reading in the Age of Technology held last 26 November 2005 at the E.P. Dagot Conference Room, the officers treated the resource speaker Dr. Diljit Singh to lunch at Mann Hann in SM Manila; had coffee, tea, and pastries at Seattle's Best, and a walking tour of Intramuros. The group dropped by WOW Philippines and gave Diljit a bit of history at Fort Santiago.

Please note that the kids you see in the pictures are mine =).

And here's part of the email message Diljit sent me:
Just a short note to say "Thank you" for your warm hospitality during my visit to PNU and to Manila in general. Thank you also for the wonderful lunch on Saturday and the tour of Intramuros.

I enjoyed the visit, learned a lot, [hopefully] shared a little, and enjoyed getting to know all of you.
